Digital Photography and Video
This class serves as on introduction to digital cameras and the program associated with photo manipulation. Students will explore elements of art along with the principles of design and composition. We will learn the basics of genres photography including portraits, landscapes, and architecture. students will also learn how to storyboard and express themselves through video.

Unit 1, Photography: (Camera basics)
In this unit students will learn the about the basic principles of photography and how to use a DLSR Camera.

Unit 2, Portfolio Project:
In this unit students will learn how to incorporate their photography skills into multi photo presentation.
Unit 3, 1 to 10 Project:
In this unit students will discover theme and practice how to incorporate this idea into their work.
Unit 4, Stop Motion Video:
In this unit students explore the world of stop motion video and will create their own stop motion video
Unit 5, Documentary Video:
In this unit students will learn how to research film and edit a Documentary movie.
Unit 6, Short film
In this unit students will learn how to write and film the own short film.
Unit 7, Journalism:
In this unit students will gain a deeper understanding about journalism.
